Paper cards get bent, torn and tired after a few weeks in a wallet. Plastic ones keep their cool. We print your design in full colour on rigid white plastic, the same credit-card size and feel as a bank or transit card, so it is waterproof, scratch-resistant and built to survive years of daily tapping, swiping and pocket life. Pick plain white PVC, or go smart with an NFC chip inside that phones can tap.

Picking your card

• White PVC card: the classic. Great for staff IDs, membership and loyalty cards, gift cards, event passes and school IDs.
• NFC tappable card: the same tough card with a hidden NFC chip. Perfect as a digital business card, a tap-to-check-in loyalty card, a smart event badge or an access pass.

Finishing options

• No finishing: crisp full-colour print at the friendliest price. Plenty for most cards.
• Spot UV: a shiny clear layer on just the bits you pick, like your logo, so they pop against the rest of the card.
• Raised ink + spot UV: a raised print you can run your thumb over, finished with spot UV shine. A premium touch for VIP tiers and high-end brands.

Artwork tips

• Send PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF or SVG (or ZIP it up). Please don't send .ai or .eps files. Save as PDF instead.
• Set up at 86 x 54mm in CMYK at 300dpi, with 3mm bleed if your background runs to the edge.
• Give text and logos a 3mm safety margin from the edge so the trimmer never nibbles them. Outline your fonts and embed your images.
• Ordering spot UV or raised ink? Add a separate layer marking exactly where the finish should go.
• Adding staff photos? Use sharp, high-res headshots and give them room so every face prints crisp.

FAQs

What can an NFC card do?
One tap from a phone can send people to your website, save your contact straight into their phone, check a member in or hop them onto your Wi-Fi. Whoever taps needs zero apps, just their phone.

How is the price worked out?
Choose your card type, print sides and finishing, then type how many cards you need. The price per card drops at 10, 20, 30, 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 800, 1,000 and 1,500 cards, and your live total updates as you go.

Can each card have a different name or number?
Each order line is one design. For several designs, add a separate line for each one.
