Frequently asked questions
Loads! Business cards, flyers and brochures, stickers and labels, posters and foam boards, banners and displays, booklets and notebooks, cards and invitations, packaging, stationery, merch and festive goodies. Pick your options in the shop, see your price online, upload your file, and our little dino handles the rest.
Yes! Need a size, stock, finish or quantity that isn't in the shop? Send us a quote request with the details and we'll put a price together for you.
It depends on the product and quantity, and each product page shows its turnaround in working days. Most jobs are printed and ready within a few working days. In a hurry? Selected products have an express option. For express, pay and approve your artwork by 3pm on a working day; after 3pm, express timing starts from the next working day.
A print-ready PDF works best: CMYK colours, 3mm bleed, fonts outlined or embedded and images at 300dpi. We also accept PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF, SVG and ZIP files. Designing in Illustrator? Please export a PDF, as we can't take .ai or .eps files directly.
Sure can. We can fix your files or design from scratch, even from a rough draft or an idea on a napkin. Tell us what you need at hi@dudu.sg or through the quote form, and we will send you a price for the artwork work before you order.
Delivery, payment & print tips
The nitty-gritty, minus the jargon
We deliver islandwide across Singapore by courier. Delivery is S$10 per trip for most items, or S$20 per trip if your order includes fragile items like foam boards, posters, banners or standees. Orders above S$300 get free delivery. Courier delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days after your order is ready.
Prefer to pick it up? Choose free self-collect at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready to arrange collection in Ubi, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
By PayNow to our UEN 202338124H (Dudu Pte Ltd). Right after you place your order, we show you a PayNow QR code with the exact amount and your order reference, and we email you the details too. We start on your order once your payment is in.
Screens glow in RGB, while printers use CMYK ink on paper, so super-bright on-screen colours (neons, electric blues) can print a little softer. Paper plays a part too: uncoated and kraft stocks soak up ink for a more natural look. For the closest match, set your file up in CMYK.
Bleed is an extra 3mm of background past the trim line on every side, so there are no white slivers after cutting. Keep text and logos at least 3mm inside the trim (the safe zone) so nothing important gets chopped.
Sorry about that! Email hi@dudu.sg or call +65 6797 0040 with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll look into it right away.
