Description
Every pre-inked stamp carries its own ink inside the pad, and with every stamp that supply runs a little lower, until impressions turn pale and patchy. Good news: there's no need to send it to extinction. Our refill ink tops the pad back up so your stamp prints clean, sharp and even again, for a fraction of the price of a new one.
Why the herd loves it
- Saves your stamp: revive the one you already have instead of buying a new one. Smaller cost, smaller footprint.
- Made for pre-inked stamps: oil-based ink that soaks into the pad the way it's meant to.
- 9 colours: match the exact colour your stamp started with.
- Goes the distance: one refill usually gives you another 2,000 to 3,000 impressions.
Specs at a glance
- Ink type: oil-based, for pre-inked rubber stamps

- Minimum order: 1 refill
- Not for: self-inking stamps or traditional rubber stamps used with a separate ink pad
How to refill your stamp
- Pop the casing open to reach the pad. You'll find it underneath, or under a cap that lifts off.
- Dot the ink evenly over the pad, a little at a time. Go easy: an over-soaked pad makes blotchy prints.
- Close it up and let the ink sink in for 15 to 30 minutes before stamping.
- Do a few test stamps on scrap paper before anything official.
Pick the right ink
Pre-inked stamps use oil-based ink, while self-inking stamps use water-based ink. The two don't mix. Using the wrong type can damage the pad and ruin the impression. Stick to your stamp's original colour too; blending colours gives muddy, uneven results.
This refill is a perfect match for our Pre-inked Rubber Stamp. Bought your stamp somewhere else? A few brands use a special ink blend of their own, so check with the original seller that it's compatible before you order.
When is it time to refill?
- Prints look paler than they used to.
- Coverage is uneven: some parts print, others don't.
- You need extra elbow grease just to get a clear mark.
If a top-up doesn't revive it, the pad has most likely worn out for good. Time for a fresh Pre-inked Rubber Stamp.
