These terms apply to every order you place with Dudu Pte Ltd (UEN 202338124H), whether on dudu.sg, by email or by phone. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Dudu" mean Dudu Pte Ltd, and "you" means the person or business placing the order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Your order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept it once we confirm by email. We may decline or cancel an order if the artwork breaks the rules in section 9, if a price was shown in error, or if we cannot produce the job to a good standard. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
2. Prices
All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). Dudu Pte Ltd is not registered for GST, so no GST is added to our prices. The price you pay is the total shown at checkout, including any delivery fee. Prices can change from time to time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.
3. Payment
We accept PayNow to our UEN 202338124H (Dudu Pte Ltd). After you place an order, we show you a PayNow QR code with the exact amount and your order reference. If you pay without the QR code, please include your order reference so we can match your payment.
We start work once your payment has reached us. We check payments from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If an order stays unpaid for 7 days, we may cancel it.
4. Artwork and files
You are responsible for your artwork, including spelling, wording, layout, sizes, image resolution and bleed. Please check everything carefully before you send it to us. We print what you send or approve.
We accept PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF, SVG and ZIP files. For safety, we do not accept .ai or .eps files as direct uploads. Please export them to PDF or put them in a ZIP file.
If we spot a problem with your file, such as low resolution or missing bleed, we will contact you before printing. Your turnaround time starts again once you send a corrected file or approve the artwork.

5. Colour and finishing
Colours on screen look different from colours on paper, and every screen shows colour a little differently. Printed colours can also vary slightly between print runs and between materials. Cutting, folding and binding can shift by a small amount. These normal variations are not defects.
6. Turnaround
Each product page shows its turnaround in working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. Turnaround starts once we have both your payment and your approved artwork. Express options depend on availability. For express, we need your payment and approved artwork by 3pm on a working day. If they reach us after 3pm, express timing starts from the next working day. We work hard to meet every date, but turnaround times are estimates, and we are not liable for losses caused by a delay.
7. Delivery
We deliver within Singapore by courier, or you can self-collect for free. Courier delivery fees are charged per trip:
- Standard items: S$10 per trip.
- Orders with fragile items, such as foam boards, posters, banners and standees: S$20 per trip.
- Orders above S$300: free delivery.
Courier delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days after your order is ready. We work with different courier partners depending on your order.
If you choose self-collect, we will contact you when your order is ready to arrange collection at 71 Ubi Road 1, Oxley Bizhub, Singapore 408732, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, excluding public holidays.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address you give us. If a delivery fails because nobody was there or the address was wrong, we may charge for another trip.
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in delivery, tell us within 3 working days and send photos of the items and the packaging.
8. Changes and cancellations
Every order is printed just for you. You can change or cancel an order for free until we start printing it. Once printing has started, we cannot cancel the order or give a refund, unless the problem is our fault (see section 10).
9. Your content
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything in the artwork you send us, including logos, photos, fonts and text. We will not print anything that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that we reasonably find offensive. If someone makes a claim against us because of content you supplied, you agree to cover our costs and losses arising from that claim.
10. If something is wrong
If we make a mistake, such as a print defect or the wrong item, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send photos. We will reprint the affected items or refund you for them. This does not cover problems in artwork you supplied or approved, or the normal variations described in section 5.
Refunds go back by PayNow or bank transfer, usually within 7 working days after we agree to the refund.
11. Our liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or the cost of a missed event. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
