This policy explains how Dudu Pte Ltd (UEN 202338124H) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit dudu.sg, place an order or contact us. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and company name, if you give one.
• Delivery details: the address we deliver to.
• Order details: what you order, your product choices, and your order history.
• Your files: artwork and other files you upload or email to us.
• Messages: what you write to us through our contact and quote forms, email or phone.
• Mailing list: if you join our mailing list, your email address and when and where you joined.
• Payment details: when you pay by PayNow, your bank shows us the payer name, amount and reference. We never see or store your bank login or card details.
• Website data: the cookies and basic technical data described in section 6.

2. How we use it

• To process, produce and deliver your order.
• To contact you about your order, your artwork or your payment.
• To answer your questions and send you quotes.
• To keep business and accounting records, as the law requires.
• To keep our website working and secure.
• To send you news and offers, but only if you join our mailing list (on our website or with the tick box at checkout). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by emailing us.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business and fulfil your order, and only as much as they need:

• Couriers, who receive your name, phone number and delivery address.
• Our website hosting and email delivery providers.
• Our accounting software provider, for invoices and records.
• Other service providers who help us produce and deliver your order.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it.

Some of our providers may store or process data outside Singapore. When they do, we take steps to make sure your data gets a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as Singapore law requires for business and tax records. We keep your artwork files so you can reorder easily, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. We delete or anonymise other personal data once we no longer need it.

5. How we protect it

Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to do their work, and our systems are kept up to date with security fixes.

6. Cookies and third-party services

We use cookies that the website needs to work, such as the ones that remember your cart, your checkout and your login. We do not use advertising cookies.

Our website also uses a few third-party services that may receive technical data from your browser, such as your IP address:

• Google Fonts, to display our fonts.
• Google reCAPTCHA, to protect our forms from spam.
• Instagram, to show our latest posts.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website, such as the cart and checkout, may stop working.

7. Your rights

You can ask us:

• for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and how we have used it in the past year;
• to correct personal data that is wrong or out of date;
• to stop using your personal data for a purpose you agreed to, such as marketing.

We reply within 30 days. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to complete an order that depends on that data, and we will tell you if that is the case.
