Description
A flyer says hello; a brochure gives the full tour. Panels unfold one by one, so you can walk customers through your products, services, menu or event in a tidy, structured way. We print every brochure in full colour on both sides using offset printing (sharp, consistent and great value in bulk), then machine-crease and fold it for a crisp, professional finish.
Why the herd loves it
- Room to explain: more panels than a flyer, still small enough for a pocket, a rack or a letterbox.
- Four classic sizes: from big A3 catalogues down to compact A6 pocket guides.
- Folds that look sharp: creasing on coated and card stocks keeps folds clean, with no cracked ink.
- Bulk-friendly pricing: offset gets cheaper per piece the more you print.

- Folding: folded, creased only (delivered flat) or creased + folded. 80gsm is folded only; 260gsm and 310gsm card are always creased.

Picking your fold
- Letter fold (C-fold): both side panels tuck in over each other, like a letter. The go-to tri-fold for menus, service lists and product overviews.
- Accordion fold (Z-fold): panels zigzag in alternate directions, so every panel peeks out as it opens. Great for step-by-step guides, timelines and maps.
- Bi-fold sizes (A4 → A5, A3 → A4, A5 → A6) fold once down the middle, giving you a front cover, a two-page spread inside and a back cover.
Which paper and finish?
- Letterbox drops and big handouts: 80gsm Simili or 128gsm Art Paper keep things light and cost-friendly.
- Everyday marketing brochures: 157gsm Art Paper. It feels substantial without being stiff.
- Menus, property and catalogue pieces that get handled a lot: 260gsm or 310gsm Art Card with matt or gloss lamination.
- Lamination vs UV: gloss lamination makes colours pop, matt lamination feels smooth and resists fingerprints, and UV varnish adds a light protective sheen.
Artwork tips
- Send PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF or SVG (or ZIP it up). Please don't send .ai or .eps files; save as PDF instead.
- Set up in CMYK at 300dpi, with 3mm bleed on all sides.
- Supply artwork at the full open (flat) size with fold lines marked, e.g. A4 for an A4 → DL tri-fold.
- Keep important text and images at least 5mm away from each fold line so nothing gets lost in the crease.
- Tell us what sits on the front and back covers when folded (there's a box above), so we can double-check your panel order.
FAQs
Can I order fewer than 300 brochures?
Offset printing starts at 300 pcs per design. For smaller or super-rush runs, digital printing is the better fit, so say hello and we'll point you the right way.
What's the difference between "creased only" and "creased + folded"?
Creased only means we score the fold lines and deliver the sheets flat, which is handy if you'd like to fold them yourself or mail them flat. Creased + folded arrives fully folded and ready to hand out.
I have several designs. Do I need separate orders?
No. Set the number of designs and each one is printed in the quantity you picked. For a different size or stock, add another line to your cart.
Need even more panels?
Check out our Long Multi-Panel Brochures (3 x A4 and 4 x A4) for catalogues and big fold-outs.
Ready to make it roar? Pick your size, paper and fold above and our dino will get folding.
