Description
A desk calendar is the giveaway that earns its spot: it sits beside the keyboard for twelve whole months, and every time someone checks a date, there's your brand looking back at them. We print yours in rich full colour on both sides of every page, bind it with smooth-flipping Wire-O and mount it on a solid chipboard stand wrapped in black bookcloth. Pick portrait or landscape, choose your paper, and you've got a year-long reminder that works out to mere cents a day.
Why the herd loves it
- A full year on the desk: twelve months of daily brand exposure from one gift.
- Twelve fresh canvases: feature a different product, photo, promo or key date on every monthly page.
- A stand that stays standing: 700gsm chipboard covered in black bookcloth won't wobble or tip like flimsy card stands.
- Built for year-end gifting: a favourite for client appreciation, staff gifts, events and trade shows.

Choosing your paper
- 140gsm Simili: smooth, uncoated and natural to the touch. It takes pen nicely, so it's great for clean, minimal calendars people actually scribble on.
- 230gsm Art Card: thicker and coated for vivid, punchy colour. Its sturdier pages last the year, making it the pick for photo-heavy designs.
Portrait or landscape?
Portrait is the tall, classic desk format, ideal for vertical layouts and a big image perched over the date grid. Landscape gives you a wider canvas for panoramas, team photos or roomier date boxes to write in.
Artwork tips
- Send PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF or SVG (or ZIP it up). Please don't send .ai or .eps files. Save as PDF instead.
- Supply all 16 pages, either as a single multi-page PDF (easiest) or as individual files clearly numbered in page order.
- Set up in CMYK at 300dpi with 3mm bleed, and keep text and dates clear of the Wire-O punch area.
- Mark Singapore public holidays and your own company milestones right on the date grid. That's what keeps people reaching for it every day.
FAQs
When should I order for year-end gifting?
As early as you can. September to November is peak calendar season, so give yourself plenty of runway on top of the 10 to 15 working day production time.
Why does Simili start at 500?
Simili calendars are produced in larger runs, so they're available from 500 pieces. Need a smaller batch? Choose 230gsm Art Card, which starts from just 10 calendars.
Can you help with the calendar layout?
Yes! Share your logo, brand guide, photos and the dates you want marked, and we'll quote for our designers to put the whole thing together.
Ready to make it roar all year long? Pick your format, paper and quantity above and we'll get stomping.
