Need a sign that stands up for itself? PVC board is stiff yet easy to carry and doesn't mind a tropical downpour, so it works just as hard outdoors as it does inside. We print your artwork in vivid full colour, single or double-sided, at any size you type in, on boards from a flexible 1mm to a sturdy 5mm. Shopfront signs, directional arrows, booth panels, event backdrops, office dividers: if it needs to stand tall and look sharp, this is the board.

Which thickness should I pick?
- 1mm: light and bendy. Best for short-term indoor signs or sticking onto an existing wall or panel.
- 2mm: firmer, with a little give. Great for menu boards, framed signs and counter displays.
- 3mm: the crowd favourite. Stiff enough to prop up by itself and up for nearly any job.
- 5mm: our stiffest board. Pick it for standalone panels, signs that live outside for the long haul, or heavier-duty structural builds.
How pricing works
We price by printed area in square feet, then adjust for thickness, sides, lamination, shape and turnaround. Double-sided printing adds 40%, and express production adds 40%. Enter your size and options above to see your exact price live.
Artwork tips
- Send PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF or SVG (or ZIP it up). Please don't send .ai or .eps files; save as PDF instead.
- Set your file up at actual print size in CMYK. 100dpi at full size is plenty for boards this big (for really huge boards, 72dpi does the trick).
- Keep important text and logos at least 5mm in from every edge.
- Going for a custom die-cut shape? Include a closed vector cutline on its own layer in your PDF and we'll follow it exactly.

FAQs
Can PVC board go outdoors?
Absolutely. Rain and humidity won't faze it. If your sign will be out there for months, go for 3mm or 5mm and add a gloss or matt laminate to help keep the colours bright in the sun.
What's the biggest board you can print?
A single board can go as large as 1180 x 2400mm (width x height). The smallest is 80 x 80mm, and every size in between is fair game.
Can you print both sides?
Sure can. Pick Double-sided under Printed sides and the calculator adds 40% for the second face.
Is there a minimum charge?
Each order line starts at S$15. Tiny boards that work out cheaper than that are simply billed at S$15, and you'll see it in the live price before you add to cart.
