Description
Some messages need room to stomp around. Our oversized foam boards are made for displays that go beyond the usual poster sizes: giant event backdrops, stage signage, long welcome banners for a counter top, or tall wayfinding boards for a lobby. Tell us the exact height and length you need, and we'll print your design edge to edge and trim the board to size. Big on one side or big on both, it qualifies, so a long, skinny board is just as welcome as a wide one.
Why the herd loves it
- Truly custom sizing: enter any height and length in millimetres, no fixed presets to squeeze into.
- Light but rigid: foam board is easy to carry and mount, yet stays stiff enough to stand on an easel or hang from the ceiling.
- Two thicknesses: 5mm for everyday displays, or 10mm for extra stiffness across big, wide faces.
- Seen from both sides: go double-sided for hanging signs and free-standing dividers.
- Fast when you need it: express printing gets your board ready in 1 working day.

How pricing works
Oversized boards are priced by area, so you only pay for the size you actually need. The oversized rate covers the extra care these big boards need in handling and delivery. Double-sided printing and the thicker 10mm board are added on top, and small orders carry a minimum charge (S$10 for standard orders, S$15 per board for express). Your live price updates as you type. Need a regular A4 to A0 board instead? Hop over to our standard Foam Board Posters.
Picking your options
- 5mm vs 10mm: the 10mm board has double the thickness, so large panels resist bowing much better. Go for it on anything that will stand or hang for a long stretch.
- Single vs double-sided: single-sided suits wall-mounted or easel displays; double-sided is the pick when people walk past from both directions.
- Several designs? Ordering more than one board with different artwork? Choose multiple designs and pop the quantity of each into its file name (e.g. Design A-1pc.pdf, Design B-2pcs.pdf).
Artwork tips
- Send PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF or SVG (or ZIP it up). Please don't send .ai or .eps files. Save as PDF instead.
- Set up in CMYK at your final size with 3mm bleed on every edge. For boards this big, 150 to 300dpi at full size keeps things crisp.
- Keep important text and logos at least 10mm in from the edge.
- Our team checks every file before printing, and we'll reach out if anything needs a tweak.
