- 5mm vs 10mm: 5mm is our everyday pick for boards that go on a wall or an easel. Going big (A1, A0) or need a sign that stands on its own and gets carted from event to event? Step up to 10mm: double the thickness, far less flex, and it shrugs off knocks and handling.
- Single vs double-sided: go double-sided for hanging signs and directional boards that are seen from both directions.

Artwork tips
- Send PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF or SVG (or ZIP it up). Please don't send .ai or .eps files. Save as PDF instead.
- Set up in CMYK at 300dpi with 3mm bleed. Big boards that people read from across the room can drop to 150dpi.

FAQs
How do I put a foam board up?
Stick it to a wall with mounting tape, removable strips or velcro dots, suspend it from the ceiling on hooks or clear nylon line, or just rest it on an easel. No tools needed.
Can I use it outdoors?
Foam board is best indoors. It's perfect for events and semi-permanent displays, but keep it away from rain and long hours of direct sun.
Is A0 available on express?
Express covers A1 and smaller (custom sizes up to 594 x 840mm). For A0 or larger custom boards, choose standard turnaround.
